باب في الْمُطَلَّقَةِ ثَلاَثاً أَلَهَا السُّكْنَى وَالنَّفَقَةُ أَمْ لاَ:Chapter: Does a Thrice-Divorced Woman Have Maintenance and Housing?
Hadith 2312
أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَتْنِي فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ: "أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا، فَأَمَرَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تَعْتَدَّ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَمِّهَا ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ".
Lady Fatimah bint Qais (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that her husband gave her a third divorce, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered her to spend her waiting period in the house of her paternal cousin (Abdullah) bin Umm Maktum.
