باب: «الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ»:Chapter: The Child Belongs to the Bed
Hadith 2273
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ: "الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ".
It is narrated from the wife of the Prophet, Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The child belongs to the (owner of the) bed."
