Brief Explanation
(Commentary on Hadith 2062)

That is, the person who, after eating food, gives thanks to his Lord, for him there is a reward and recompense like that of the fasting person who is patient.

SubhanAllah! What an ease and what a favor from the Lord: one eats food and yet receives the reward similar to that of a fasting person.

Expressing gratitude is not difficult at all.

Therefore, one should not remain heedless.
