باب تَغَيُّرِ الزَّمَانِ وَمَا يَحْدُثُ فِيهِ:Chapter: Changing Times and What Occurs in Them
Hadith 198
أَخْبَرَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيل، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ: "وَاللَّهِ لَئِنْ أَخَذْتُمْ بِالْمَقَايِيسِ، لَتُحَرِّمُنَّ الْحَلَالَ، وَلَتُحِلُّنَّ الْحَرَامَ".
Imam Sha’bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: By Allah, if you make analogy (qiyas) the standard, you will declare the lawful as unlawful and the unlawful as lawful.
