باب تَغَيُّرِ الزَّمَانِ وَمَا يَحْدُثُ فِيهِ:Chapter: Changing Times and What Occurs in Them
Hadith 193
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، قَالَ: أُنْبِئْتُ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُقَالُ: "وَيْلٌ لِلْمُتَفَقِّهِينَ لِغَيْرِ الْعِبَادَةِ، وَالْمُسْتَحِلِّينَ لِلْحُرُمَاتِ بِالشُّبُهَاتِ".
Imam Awza'i, may Allah have mercy on him, said: I have been informed that it used to be said: Destruction is for the one who acquires jurisprudence in anything other than worship, and for those who make the sacred things lawful through doubts.
