أَخْبَرَنَا
يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا
يَحْيَى، عَنْ
نَافِعٍ، عَنْ
ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
"خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ فِي قَتْلِ مَنْ قُتِلَ مِنْهُنَّ: الْغُرَابُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are five animals whose killing carries no sin: the crow, the mouse, the kite, the scorpion, and the black dog (the biting dog)."
