باب الرُّخْصَةِ فِيهِ:Chapter: Permission Regarding It
Hadith 1767
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "إِذَا ذَرَعَ الصَّائِمَ الْقَيْءُ وَهُوَ لَا يُرِيدُهُ، فَلَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ، وَإِذَا اسْتَقَاءَ، فَعَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ" . قَالَ عِيسَى: زَعَمَ أَهْلُ الْبَصْرَةِ أَنَّ هِشَامًا أَوْهَمَ فِيهِ , فَمَوْضِعُ الْخِلَافِ هَهُنَا.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a fasting person vomits unintentionally, there is no making up (qada) upon him, but if he vomits deliberately, then he must make up (the fast)." Isa bin Yunus said: The people of Basra believe that Hisham bin Hassan made a mistake in this hadith, which is the cause of the disagreement.
