أَخْبَرَنَا أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ: "إِنَّ الَّذِي يُفْتِي النَّاسَ فِي كُلِّ مَا يُسْتَفْتَى لَمَجْنُونٌ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Any person who answers whatever he is asked is insane.
