Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would recite quietly in these two rak‘ahs (i.e., he would not recite aloud), and she mentioned that he would recite «﴿قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ﴾» and «﴿قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ﴾». Sa‘id bin ‘Amir said: That is, he would recite these in the Sunnah prayers of Fajr.
