It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade two types of clothing: one is that a person wraps himself in a single garment in such a way that there is nothing covering his private parts from the sky, and the second is "ishtimal as-samma’," which is the dress of the Jews.

Brief Explanation
(Commentary on Hadith 1409)
"Ishtimal as-Samma’" is to wrap a single garment around the entire body in such a way that the hands cannot come out, and the meaning of "Ihtiba’" is mentioned in the hadith.
It is a matter of great shamelessness that a person comes out naked under the open sky.
Even if there is no human being present, a person should feel shame before Allah Ta’ala.
