Hadith 1210

It is narrated from Ata (may Allah have mercy on him): If a woman becomes pure from menstruation but does not find water, he said: When she performs tayammum, her husband may have intercourse with her. Imam Darimi (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: Is this your opinion as well? He replied: Yes, by Allah.

Brief Explanation
(Commentary on Ahadith 1208 to 1210)
After becoming pure from menstruation, if water is not available, this ruling is correct; in a situation of necessity, this can be done, that is, she may perform tayammum (dry ablution) and offer prayer, and her husband may have intercourse with her.
And Allah knows best.
