باب اغْتِسَالِ الْحَائِضِ إِذَا وَجَبَ الْغُسْلُ عَلَيْهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَحِيضَ:Chapter: Ghusl for Menstruating Woman if Ghusl Became Obligatory Before Menstruation
Hadith 1191
حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَتْ: جَاءَتْ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ: إِنِّي أَشُدُّ ضَفْرَ رَأْسِي أَوْ عُقَدَهُ، قَالَ: "احْفِنِي عَلَى رَأْسِكِ ثَلَاثَ حَفَنَاتٍ، ثُمَّ اغْمِزِي عَلَى إِثْرِ كُلِّ حَفْنَةٍ غَمْزَةً".
Lady Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her), the wife of the Prophet (peace be upon him), said that a woman came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and asked: "I tie my hair in a braid on my head, what should I do?" He replied: "Pour three handfuls of water over your head, and after pouring each handful, rub (your hair)." (That is, rub the hair so that the water reaches the roots.)
