Hadith 1128

أَخْبَرَنَا أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً سَأَلَت عَائِشَةَ تُصَلِّي الْمَرْأَةُ فِي الْخِضَابِ ؟، قَالَتْ: "اسْلُتِيهِ وَرَغْمًا"، قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد: أَبُو سَعِيدٍ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي الْعَنَبْسِ، وَاسْمُ أَبِي الْعَنَبْسِ: سَعِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ.
It is narrated from Abu Sa'id (Kathir bin Ubaid) that a woman asked Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): Can a woman pray after applying dye? She replied: Scrape it off (remove it) and throw it away. Imam Darimi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Abu Sa'id is the son of Abu Al-Anbas, and Abu Al-Anbas's name is Sa'id bin Kathir bin Ubaid.
