Hadith 112

أَخْبَرَنَا أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَ: "لَأَنْ يَعِيشَ الرَّجُلُ جَاهِلًا بَعْدَ أَنْ يَعْلَمَ حَقَّ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَقُولَ مَا لَا يَعْلَمُ".
Qasim said: After knowing Allah Almighty’s right upon himself, if a man lives as an ignorant person, then this is better for him than to say something about what he does not know.
