أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ مُؤَاكَلَةِ الْحَائِضِ، قَالَ: "وَاكِلْهَا".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about eating food with a menstruating woman, so he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Eat with her.
Brief Explanation

Imam Tirmidhi rahimahullah said: All the scholars are of the opinion that there is no objection to eating food with a menstruating woman (ha’idhah)... etc.
