Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Amr bin Abasah رضي الله عنه that the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "Whenever the sun rises, every creature of Allah glorifies Him, except Satan and the 'Atiy' type among the children of Adam." I asked, "Who are the 'Atiy' people among the children of Adam?" He صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "The worst of mankind," or he said: "The worst among Allah's creation are called 'Atiy'."
