Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says: Lady Umm Bishr bint Bara bin Ma’rur (may Allah be pleased with her) came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) during his illness of death, at that time he had a fever. She touched him and said: The (severe) fever you have, I have not seen anyone with such a fever. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Just as our reward and recompense is multiplied, so too are our trials multiplied.”
