Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) took hold of my hand and said: "Allah Almighty created soil on Saturday, mountains on Sunday, trees on Monday, disliked things on Tuesday, light on Wednesday, animals on Thursday, and Adam (peace be upon him), who was the last of creation, was created on Friday after the time of Asr, in the last hour of Friday. This hour is between Asr and the night (sunset)."
