Are snakes transformed jinn?
Hadith 3884
- " الحيات مسخ الجن، كما مسخت القردة والخنازير من بني إسرائيل ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Snakes are deformed forms of the jinn, just as monkeys and pigs are (some of) the deformed forms of the Children of Israel."
