Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: Pharaoh had four nails driven into his wife's two hands and two feet. When they (the people of Pharaoh) would leave her, the angels would shade her. That wife said: "O my Lord! Build for me a house with You in Paradise, and save me from Pharaoh and his deeds, and save me from the wrongdoing people." So Allah, the Exalted, removed the veil from her house in Paradise (and showed her house).
