Silsilah Sahihah

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Some individuals of this Ummah will spend the night in eating, drinking, and amusement, and when morning comes, they will have become monkeys and pigs."

Sayyiduna Abu Amir or Sayyiduna Abu Malik Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "There will be people in my Ummah who will consider adultery, silk, alcohol, and musical instruments to be lawful and permissible. Some groups will camp at the foot of a high mountain; in the evening, a shepherd will come to them with his livestock for some need, but they will say: (Go back today) come tomorrow. Allah Almighty will destroy them and cause the mountain to fall upon them, and He will transform others into the forms of monkeys and pigs until the Day of Resurrection."

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "In this Ummah also, sinking into the earth, being pelted with stones, and transformation (of people) will occur, and this will happen when people drink alcohol, give importance to female singers, and use musical instruments."
