Hadith 3671
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Beware! The trial (fitnah) is here, beware! The trial is here (he said this two or three times), from here the edge of the head of Satan will emerge." While saying this, he (peace and blessings be upon him) pointed towards the east or Iraq.
Hadith 3672
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) made supplication and said: "O Allah! Bless us in our Makkah. O Allah! Bless us in our Madinah. O Allah! Bless us in our Shaam. O Allah! Bless us in our Sa‘ (a measure). O Allah! Bless us in our Mudd (a measure)." A man said: "O Messenger of Allah! And in our Iraq." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) turned away from him. He repeated this three times. Then the Prophet said: "There will be earthquakes and tribulations there, and from there the side of the head of Satan will emerge."
