Hadith 3602
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): "When will the Hour (Day of Judgment) be established?" At that time, a child from the Ansar named Muhammad was present with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) replied to him: "If this child lives, it is possible that the Hour will be established before he becomes old." This hadith is also narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her).

Hadith 3603
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa’d Sa’idi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “I and the Hour have been sent like these two fingers, close to each other.” Then he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) joined his index and middle fingers together (to illustrate). He also said: “The example of me and the Hour is like two horses running in a race (that are close to each other).” Then he said: “The example of me and the Hour is like a man whom people sent ahead as a scout; he feared that the enemy might reach before him, so he waved a cloth and said: ‘You have come before the enemies, you have come before the enemies, here I am, here I am.’”
