Hadith 3539
- " ما خير عمار بين أمرين إلا اختار أرشدهما ".
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whenever Ammar was given the choice between two matters, he chose the one that was most rightly guided."
Hadith 3540
- (أبو اليقظان على الفطرة، لا يدَعُها حتى يموت، أو يمسَّهُ الهرم) .
Bilal bin Yahya says: When Sayyiduna Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) was martyred, a man came to Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: O Abu Abdullah! Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) has been martyred and people have fallen into discord, what will you say in such a situation? He said: Support me. They supported him against a man's chest. He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "Abu al-Yaqzan is upon the natural disposition (Islam) and he will not leave it until he dies or becomes extremely old."
Hadith 3541
- " أبشر عمار، تقتلك الفئة الباغية ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "‘Ammar! Rejoice, the rebellious group will kill you."
Hadith 3542
- " لتقاتلنه وأنت ظالم له. يعني الزبير وعليا رضي الله عنهما ".
Abu Harb bin Abu Aswad says: I was present with Sayyiduna Ali and Sayyiduna Zubair (may Allah be pleased with them). Sayyiduna Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) was returning, cutting through the ranks on his mount. His son, Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him), came before him and asked: "What has happened to you?" He replied: "Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) has narrated to me a hadith which I myself heard from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He (peace be upon him) said: 'You will certainly fight him, and you will be the oppressor against him.' So I will not fight him." Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Have you come to fight? You have come to reconcile between the people. Perhaps Allah, the Exalted, will settle this matter through you." He said: "I have sworn an oath not to fight." Sayyiduna Abdullah said: "(As expiation) free the slave named Jarjas and remain here until reconciliation is made between the people." So he freed his slave Jarjas and stayed there, but when the matter among the people became disputed (and reconciliation could not be achieved), he mounted his horse and left.
Hadith 3543
- " أسلم الناس وآمن عمرو بن العاص ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Among the people, Amr bin Al-Aas is the one with the most safety and security."
