Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Malik Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The best individuals of my Ummah are those who, when seen, remind one of Allah Almighty, and the worst individuals of my Ummah are the tale-bearers, those who create discord among friends, and those who lay the blame of sins upon the innocent (and chaste people)."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said regarding the statement of Allah, "Behold! Verily, the friends of Allah, no fear shall come upon them, nor shall they grieve": "The friends of Allah are those people, seeing whom makes one remember Allah."
