Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The people who will love me the most from my Ummah will be those who will be born after me; each one of them will wish that he could sacrifice his family and wealth just to see me."

Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There will come people in my Ummah after me who will wish that they could see me, even if it meant sacrificing their family and wealth for it."
