Prophet’s physical description
Hadith 3212
- (كان ضخم اليدين والقدمين، حسن الوجه، لم أرَ بعدَه ولا قبله مثله) .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had thick hands and feet and a beautiful face. I have not seen anyone like him before or after him.
Hadith 3213
- " كان شبح الذراعين، أهدب أشفار العينين، بعيد ما بين المنكبين، يقبل جميعا ويدبر جميعا، لم يكن فاحشا ولا متفحشا ولا صخابا في الأسواق ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had full arms and long eyelashes, and there was a wide space between his two shoulders. He would turn his whole body when facing someone and would turn his whole body when turning away. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was neither ill-tempered nor foul-mouthed, and he did not make noise in the markets.
Hadith 3214
- " كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أبيض، كأنما صيغ من فضة، رجل الشعر ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had such a white complexion as if he had been created from silver, and his hair was slightly curly.
