The Prophet was mercy
Hadith 3184
- " يا أيها الناس إنما أنا رحمة مهداة ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Salih (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O people! I have come as an embodiment of mercy, which is a gift (for the people of the worlds)."
Hadith 3185
- (إنِّي لم أُبعَث لعّاناً، وإنما بعثتُ رحمةً) .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that it was said: O Messenger of Allah! Pray against the polytheists. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I was not sent as one who curses, but rather as a mercy."
