Virtue of seeking forgiveness
Hadith 3154
- " من أحب أن تسره صحيفته، فيكثر فيها من الاستغفار ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zubair bin Al-Awwam (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever likes that his record of deeds should please him, then he should seek forgiveness abundantly."
