Hadith 3152
- " ليس أحد أفضل عند الله من مؤمن يعمر في الإسلام، لتسبيحه وتكبيره وتهليله ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Shaddad (may Allah be pleased with him) that some people from the tribe of Banu Udhrah came to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and accepted Islam. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Who will take care of them?" Sayyiduna Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "I will." They stayed with Talhah. One day, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent out an army, and one of them joined it and was martyred. (After some time) the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent out another army, and another one of them joined it and he too was martyred. Then (after some time) the third man died a natural death on his bed. Sayyiduna Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I saw all three of them in Paradise in a dream. What I saw was that the one who died a natural death on his bed was ahead of the others, behind him was the one who was martyred second, and at the end was the one who was martyred first. I was greatly concerned about these ranks, so I came to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and related this dream. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Why are you surprised at this? The most virtuous among them is the believer who is granted a life in Islam, because he continues to say «سبحان الله ، الحمدلله ، لا اله الا الله» throughout his life."
