Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was on a journey and the time of suhoor (pre-dawn meal) would come, he would say: “The listener has praised Allah and proclaimed His good favor upon us. O our Lord! Be our companion, have mercy on us, while I seek refuge with Allah from the Fire.”
