Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Bara’ (may Allah be pleased with him), he says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by a gathering of the Ansar. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said to them: “If you must sit in the pathways, then guide the traveler, respond to greetings, and help the oppressed.”
