Prohibition of spending the night with a non-mahram woman
Hadith 2725
- (ألا لا يَبِيتنَّ رجلُ عند امرأةٍ ثيبٍ؛ إلا أنْ يكون ناكحاً أو مَحْرَماً) .
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Beware! No man should spend the night with a widow except if he is her husband or a mahram."
