Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), he says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Greeting (salam) comes before asking a question; whoever starts asking before greeting, do not fulfill his request."
