Role of the tongue in guiding hearts
Hadith 2576
- " لا يستقيم إيمان عبد حتى يستقيم قلبه ولا يستقيم قلبه حتى يستقيم لسانه ولا يدخل رجل الجنة لا يأمن جاره بوائقه ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, who says that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A man's faith cannot be correct until his heart is correct." And a person's heart cannot be correct until his tongue is upright, and such a person will not enter Paradise whose neighbor is not safe from his evils."
