Hadith 2553
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whom do you count among yourselves as «رَقُوب»?" The companions said: The one who has no children. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Such a person is not called «رَقُوب», rather, the one who has not sent any of his children (i.e., lost a child) ahead (to the Hereafter) is called so." Then he said: "Whom do you count as a mighty wrestler?" The companions said: The one whom no man can defeat. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Such a person is not a wrestler, rather, the wrestler is the one who controls himself at the time of anger."
