Silsilah Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "He is not a believer whose neighbor is not safe from his mischief."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, who says that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A man's faith cannot be correct until his heart is correct, and his heart cannot be correct until his tongue is on the right path. And that person will not enter Paradise whose neighbor is not safe from his evils."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "How many neighbors (will there be who) will be hanging (because of the rights of their neighbors). The neighbor will say: O my Lord! Ask him why he closed his door on me and why he withheld surplus wealth from me."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever builds a building should build it up to his neighbor’s (house) wall." And in another narration, the wording is: "Whoever asks his neighbor that he wants to support his building on his (neighbor’s) wall, then he should allow him to do so."
