Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you have (an evil) suspicion about someone, do not investigate it; when you begin to envy someone, do not commit injustice; and when you feel an ill omen (about any of your affairs), do not stop (but) continue with your work and put your trust in Allah; and when you weigh (goods during transactions), tilt the scale (i.e., give a little extra over the weight)."
