Hadith 2308
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever kills himself with a spear, he will continue to stab himself with it in Hell. Whoever throws himself down (to kill himself), he will continue to fall in Hell. And whoever strangles himself (to commit suicide), he will continue to strangle himself in the Fire."
Hadith 2309
Sayyiduna Jundub bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There was a man among those before you who was wounded and could not bear the pain of his wound, so he took a knife and cut his hand. The blood kept flowing until he died. Allah the Exalted said to him: My servant has hastened in the matter of his soul before Me, so I have made Paradise forbidden for him."
