Praying two rak‘ahs on leaving and entering home
Hadith 2110
- " إذا خرجت من منزلك فصل ركعتين يمنعانك من مخرج السوء، وإذا دخلت إلى منزلك فصل ركعتين يمنعانك من مدخل السوء ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When you intend to leave your house, perform two rak‘ahs of prayer, for they will prevent you from leaving in a bad way. And when you intend to enter your house, perform two rak‘ahs of prayer, for they will prevent you from entering in a bad way."
