Virtue of olive oil
Hadith 1917
- " كلوا الزيت وادهنوا به، فإنه من شجرة مباركة ".
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Eat olive oil and apply it (to your body), for it is from a blessed tree." This hadith is narrated from Sayyiduna Umar, Sayyiduna Abu Usaid, Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, and Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them).
