Ruling on drinking while standing
Hadith 1838
- " لو يعلم الذي يشرب وهو قائم ما في بطنه لاستقاء ".
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever drinks while standing, if he were to know what is in his stomach, he would vomit."
