Silsilah Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The increase in reward and recompense is in accordance with the increase in trials (that is, the greater the trial, the greater its reward). And when Allah Almighty loves a people, He subjects them to trials. So whoever shows patience and acceptance in it, for him is (Allah's) pleasure, and whoever expresses displeasure and anger towards Allah because of it, for him is (Allah's) displeasure."
