Hadith 1578
- " إذا اشتكى العبد المسلم قال الله تعالى للذين يكتبون: اكتبوا له أفضل ما كان يعمل إذا كان طلقا حتى أطلقه ".
Sayyiduna Abu Bakr bin Ayyash (may Allah be pleased with him) says: We went to Abu Husayn to visit him during his illness, and Asim was with us. Abu Husayn said to Asim: Do you remember any hadith that Qasim bin Mukhaimirah narrated to us? He said: Yes, he narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When a Muslim man falls ill, Allah Almighty says to the angels who record deeds: Continue to write for this servant the reward (of the good deeds) that he used to do in his state of health, until I grant him recovery."
