Being kind to the wife
Hadith 1505
- " خياركم خياركم لأهله ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Kabsha (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The best among you are those who are best to their wives."
Hadith 1506
- " خيركم خيركم لأهله، وإذا مات صاحبكم فدعوه ".
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best among you is the one who is best to his family. When any of your companions passes away, then refrain from mentioning (his faults/evil)."
Hadith 1507
- " خيركم خيركم لأهله وأنا خيركم لأهلي وإذا مات صاحبكم فدعوه ".
Narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best among you is the one who is best to his family, and I am the best among you to my family. When one of your companions passes away, do not mention (his faults/evil) about him."
Hadith 1508
- " ألا عسى أحدكم أن يضرب امرأته ضرب الأمة! ألا خيركم خيركم لأهله ".
Sayyiduna Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Be aware, it may be that one of you beats his wife like a slave-girl. Beware, the best among you is the one who is best to his wife."
