Silsilah Sahihah

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Shall I not inform you about the men of Paradise? A prophet will enter Paradise, a truthful person will enter Paradise, a martyr will be in Paradise, a (minor) child will be in Paradise, and that man will enter Paradise who goes to meet his brother living on the other side of the city for the sake of Allah, the Exalted. Now, shall I not inform you about the women who will enter Paradise? Every loving and child-bearing woman, that when she is angered or treated badly or her husband is angry with her, she says (to her husband): 'Here is my hand in your hand, I will not sleep until you are pleased with me.'" This hadith is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas, Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas, and Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Ujrah (may Allah be pleased with them).

Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked: "Which women are best?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: "(The best woman is) the one who, when her husband looks at her, pleases him; when he commands her, she obeys him; and she does not oppose him regarding herself or his wealth in a way that he dislikes."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Uzaynah Sadafi رضي الله عنه that the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "The best among your wives are those who are loving, bear many children, are agreeable, and are compassionate, provided that they fear Allah Almighty. And the worst women are those who adorn themselves in front of men other than their husbands and walk with arrogance; such women are hypocrites, and none of them will enter Paradise except as rare as a crow with a red beak and red feet."
