Encouragement for marriage and its reason
Hadith 1427
- " تزوجوا فإني مكاثر بكم الأمم يوم القيامة، ولا تكونوا كرهبانية النصارى ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Marry, for on the Day of Resurrection I will vie with the other nations in your great numbers. Do not become like the monasticism of the Christians.”
