Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Utbah bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The caliphate will be among the Quraysh, the office of judge among the Ansar, the call and propagation among the Abyssinians, and migration among the Muslims and among the later emigrants."

Sayyiduna ‘Ubada bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) took hold of some hair from the side of a camel from the war booty and said: “My share in this wealth is the same as that of any one of you. Beware of dishonesty, for dishonesty will be a cause of disgrace for the dishonest person on the Day of Resurrection. Therefore, return even a needle, thread, or anything of lesser value, whether you are traveling or at home, whether it belongs to a relative or a non-relative—strive in the way of Allah. (Remember that) Jihad is a door from the doors of Paradise; it delivers the Mujahid from grief, sorrow, and distress. Establish the limits of Allah among relatives and non-relatives alike, and let not the blame of any blamer concerning Allah affect you.”
