Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Sayyiduna Umrah bin Marwah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that I said to Sayyiduna Muawiyah bin Sufyan (may Allah be pleased with him): I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever among the rulers closes his doors to the needy, the poor, and the destitute, Allah Almighty closes the doors of the heavens to his own need, want, and poverty."
