Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) were walking towards his house, placing our hands on each other's sides. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "For my Ummah, misguiding rulers will be more dangerous than the Dajjal."

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "What I fear most for my Ummah is the misguiding leaders and rulers." This hadith is narrated from Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab, Sayyiduna Abu Darda, Sayyiduna Abu Dharr Ghifari, the freed slave of the Messenger Sayyiduna Thawban, Sayyiduna Shaddad bin Aws, and Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with them all).
